INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Due to the busy conference schedule, the presenters are kindly asked to STRICTLY OBSERVE the time limits for their presentations.

Please allow 2 to 3 minutes for the discussion after your talk. The available time for plenary speakers is 42+3 min, for keynote 27+3 min, invited 17+3 min and regular 12+3 min.

Congress computer in the session hall will be supplied with Windows XP and Office XP. If using MS PowerPoint 2007 or 2010 please convert your presentation to the previous PowerPoint XP format.

Please bring your presentation on a USB flash memory stick or burn it on a CD or DVD. Load it on the congress computer at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.

If using your own laptop computer for the presentation please inform the technical staff about it at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.

VHS Video projection, 35 mm slide projection and overhead (transparencies) projection will NOT be available.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PRESENTATION OF POSTERS

Please prepare your poster on one sheet of cardboard. The dimensions of the poster must not exceed 100 cm x 100 cm.

The poster should bear the title and authors exactly as stated in the submitted abstract.

The text, illustrations, etc. should be readable from a distance of two meters (six feet).

Technical equipment will be available on site for the mounting of posters.

Please refer to the Final Program for the poster number assigned to you. Please use the board with the same number.

Each poster presenter is requested to stand by his/her poster for informal discussions during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks and in the period from 19:00-20:00 h on Monday (group A) and 19:20-20:00 h on Tuesday (Group B).
